Rachael's Addiction
(a.k.a. "Scrubbing Bubbles")

Rachael was a regular at Sugar Magnolia who came in with her boyfriend Scott almost every Saturday morning  for brunch and cocktails.  She told me what she wanted in the cocktail and I made it.  And I made a LOT of them!  I named the drink after her, but most of the staff agreed that the finished product looked a bit like Scrubbing Bubbles cleaning product, hence the "other" name.

Ingredients

2 oz. Stoli Vanil (or any vanilla vodka)
1 oz. Blue Curacoa
2 oz. Whole Milk or Half & Half

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and combine all ingredients.  Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass.
