The Chocolate Abandon
(from the recipe I “borrowed” from Sugar Magnolia)

Ingredients

½ oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
½ oz. Frangelico
½ oz. Kahlua
½ oz. Nocello
1 oz. Half & Half or Heavy Milk
Hershey’s chocolate syrup
Chocolate swizzle stick (for garnish)
Whipped cream in a can

Method

Fill a bar shaker ¾ of the way with ice.  Pour in each of the ingredients and shake VIGOROUSLY until the shaker is too cold to hold.

In a cocktail glass (a.k.a. Martini Glass), drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of the glass, making lines or fun shapes.  Strain the contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass.  Top with a squeeze of whipped cream and the swizzle stick.  Dazzle your guests with your artwork and mixology!

Note:  I have never had anyone not like this drink.  Only drink it if you like chocolate!  If you need to make several of these, fill the shaker only half way with ice, and double the recipe; you can fit two at a time into each shaker.
