Ingredients
5 oz. Zatarain’s Creole Mustard (No Substitute)
6 T Dijon Mustard
3/8 cup ketchup
¾ cup Salad Oil
2 T Horseradish
2/3 cup Onion (chopped fine)
2/3 cup Celery (chopped fine)
5 T Green Onion (chopped fine)
6 T Parsley (chopped fine)
2 t Parsley
2 t Paprika
1 T Salt
1/8 t Black Pepper
1/8 t Cayenne Pepper
1 clove Garlic (minced)
4 T Mayonnaise
Method
Mix all ingredients (except oil) by hand with a whisk.
Add oil last and continue to whisk until the mixture is emulsified.
