		<description>I have cooked no less than a ton of beef shortribs in my career working in the hotels. Thanks for reminding me about frenching these guys. Your presentation rocks. Believe it or not we used to bake short ribs off in hotel pans then sauce them with a mixture of demi-glaze and bbq sauce. Because they stack well in the pan we used them for large banquet luncheons. Cool recipe.</description>
